This is our core activity and we can offer a flexible approach from feasibility and scheme stage, through planning and building regulations to construction detail and drawings. We always strive for a creative yet economical solution meeting the clients brief at all times. Our designs will always reflect the ever changing environment and the need to reduce the corbon dioxide emissions through solar design, natural ventilation, specifiying recyclable materials from local companies etc. We can also meet BREEAM where required by our clients.
Interior Design and Space Planning
Interior Design
At Rone we are able to use our interior design knowledge and skills to offer the full package if acting as architectural consultants in connection with a new build to enable us to provide a fit out. Alternatively we can offer interior design services for refurbishment or existing buildings including listed buildings, working with listed building officers as required.
We work closely with our clients to ensure the design fully reflects the clients brief.
Space Planning
At Rone we can offer full space planning of new build or existing premises to reflect how the company / organization works. Rone will work closely with the client to ensure an effective and efficient use of space whilst creating an innovative and modern working environment.
Project Management
At Rone we are able to offer full project management from design stage through to completion on site. This will ensure the architectural design is fully implemented in accordance with the clients needs.
Project management services can include cost control if required as we are always keen to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
CDM Services
Anyone having construction or building work carried out has legal duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, unless they are a domestic client. Therefore on most projects CDM will apply across all sectors of the industry.
At Rone we can provide a comprehensive Construction, Design and Management Coordination Service in line with the 2007 Regulations and subsequent updates.
The asbestos removal regulations have also been updated and we can offer advice in connection with Asbestos surveys and can carry out project management of the removal of asbestos.
